My life's passion is to help you feel better in your body.
I support folks with digestive health issues to transform their health - and their relationship with themselves - by tuning into nutrition, energy, sleep, stress, hormonal health & more.

I definitely get how you’re feeling because I grew up with Crohn's Disease - a chronic autoimmune disease - since 1999. This was years of agony and feeling incredibly sick.
Since 2018, I have worked extensively with holistic medicine. I learned from incredible herbalists around the world - over 800 hours of training - to become a certified herbalist in clinical care. I’m also certified in trauma-informed support.
